Introduction of Oxetacaine

ALCICAIN+ is a combination medicine used in the treatment of acidity, stomach ulcer and heartburn. It helps in relieving the symptoms of acidity and ulcers such as stomach pain or irritation. It also neutralizes excessive acid in the stomach and helps in easy passage of gas.

ALCICAIN+ is taken in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor and you should take it after meals preferably at bedtime. In case you have missed a dose take it as soon as you remember it and try to finish the full course of treatment. You should not take any medicine along with it as this may interact with other medications. Remember you should avoid this medicine, if you shows signs of appendicitis or inflamed bowel (such as lower abdominal pain, cramping, bloating, nausea, vomiting). It is important before taking this medicine to consult doctor if you are suffering from any severe stomach or kidney disease.

It is an effective medicine with very little or no side effects however it may cause constipation, so it is better to take plenty of fluids while taking this medicine.
